Just because we live in a free market, that doesn’t mean you have have no rights as a consumer!  We stand up for your rights when companies engage in shady, misleading, or outright fraudulent business practices.

Large companies often abuse the Federal Arbitration Act, and state equivalents, to force consumers into arbitrating disputes and waiving their right to participate in consumer class actions.  We turn that strategy on its head by coordinating and pursuing the claims of multiple individuals simultaneously in “mass arbitration.”  So even if you’ve only suffered a few hundred dollars’ worth of harm due to a corporation’s unfair business practices, it is still possible for us to assist in recovering some of the money you’ve lost.
